Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes which give rise to this wine have been selected from our best vineyards in Paso Cuello, Canelones, situated next to the Atlantic Ocean in the South of Uruguay. After vinification where we looked for the maximum grape expressiveness, it was matured in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Intense red color, with violet shadows. Its smell is complex and elegant with notes of red fruits, tobacco, and species. In the mouth is well balanced, with remarkable matured tannins and long lasting ending. It can be served with red meats, lamb, hunting birds, paste with strong sauces and mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 18-20 ºC.
